Another classic whiskey from the legendary Buffalo Trace distillery. "The original wheated bourbon", the mashbill substitutes wheat for rye as the secondary grain, reducing the spicy notes in favour of a more mellow nature. Bottled at 45%.

Nose: Sweet with caramel, marzipan, cereals and vanilla spice. Oily and rich.

Palate: Honey, butterscotch and a soft, smooth oakiness with a delicate toasted spice.

Finish: Sweet honeysuckle with oak and rich cereal.
